To and from their workplaces at the Terminal, the employees are delivered free of charge by comfortable buses.
A residential building was built in the Town of Kingisepp at the Company’s expense to provide accommodation for invited specialists.
The Terminal has all the conditions for providing a round-the-clock medical assistance to its employees, as well as an effective system of health insurance for workers.
A salary at the Terminal is higher than the regional and industry average. The Company has developed a system for employee motivation: every month, the employees receive bonuses depending on the results of their work. There is a practice of additional payments to employees to celebrate significant events: wedding, birth of a child, a jubilee date; as well as payments confined to public holidays, for high performance in work and special achievements.
The Terminal includes a canteen, its employees receive subsidies for meals.
The employees of Ust-Luga Oil, JSC are partially compensated for the costs for sports and recreational activities.
Scientific and entertaining events are held, and creative competitions are arranged for the employees’ children.
