
1000th TANKER LOADED AT UST-LUGA TERMINAL
On 27 April, 2015 loading of the 1000th tanker was completed at ”Ust-Luga Oil” Terminal.
50 000 t of М-100 fuel oil were loaded on British Cormorant ship flying the flag of Great Britain. With “Taif-NK” and “MNPZ” products on board the tanker left for Rotterdam. Loading at Jetty № 2 lasted just over 11 hours.
“We began operations in January 2011, - says Konstantin Khamlay, ”Ust-Luga Oil” General Director. “Our first tanker loaded - SCF Neva – left the Terminal from Jetty No. 2 – exactly the same Jetty from which 1000th tanker started the trip. In July 2012 there was first tanker dispatched from Jetty № 1, in one year, in August 2013, we began operating from the biggest one – Jetty № 3. It should be particularly noted that all shipments were organized in good time, with observance of all and any safety requirements.
By today, we have reached over 66 million tones cargo turnover for the entire operation period, and by the end of 2015 we are making plans to reach the figure of 87 million tones”
