OJSC "Ust-Luga Oil", former OJSC "Rosneftbunker" informs about completion of procedures relating to the Company's name change.

Decision about the change of the Company's name and place of residence was made by the shareholder on the 28/02/2014, all required amendments were made in constituent documents thereafter. Upon completion of all procedures, OJSC "Rosneftbunker" is given the name Open Joint-Stock Company "Ust-Luga Oil" (OJSC "Ust-Luga Oil"). New Company’s place of residence: 188477, Russian Federation, Leningradskaya oblast, Kingiseppsky rayon, Vistinskoye rural settlement, Commercial Seaport of Ust-Luga, the Bulk Cargo Terminal. The New name of the Company is combining its area of activity and geographical location of Company's main asset.

Caro turnover of the oil product transshipment terminal of OJSC "Ust-Luga Oil": in 2013 amounted to 16.8 mln tons: 13.3 mln tons – black oil products; 1.6 mln tons – light oil products; 1.9 mln tons – stable gas condensate (SGC). Over 275 thousand RTCs have been unloaded at the rail racks of the Terminal during the year, 259 tankers have been loaded at the berths. Planned production and financial figures have been achieved in full, EBITDA (as per RAS) amounted to RUB 5 738 mln.
